Checkout Options

Purchase Now. If you'd like instant access, you can complete your purchase securely through our online checkout system. Simply sign up or log in, choose your preferred plan, and proceed with payment. Upon successful payment, you'll receive a confirmation email along with instructions for submitting your content. The invoice will be issued and sent at a later stage.

Request an Invoice. If you prefer to pay via invoice, you can fill out a short form providing your package selection and billing details. Once submitted, an invoice will be generated and sent to your email within 24 hours. You will also receive a secure content upload link to submit your editorial and directory information.

Post-Payment Process  (Depending on Your Package Selection)

Once payment is confirmed, either via checkout or invoice, you will receive:

• An email confirmation with a secure link to upload your listing content

Step 2:What’s Included in Your IP 360 Hub Submission Process

When you purchase a package, you’ll gain structured access to all the tools and upload sections necessary to complete your submission for the IP 360 Hub Directory. Here’s a breakdown of what’s involved:

 Company Information

• Fill in contact details: name, position, company, country, email, phone, and website
  

A Full-Page Editorial-style Profile Details (Depending on Your Package Selection)

• Download the Word doc, complete ~400-word content (including Name, Firm Name, Position, Website), and upload it.

One full-page editorial-style service/rates listing Details (Depending on Your Package Selection)

• Download the Word doc template, fill in ~400 words covering service details, rates, email, contact number, website, and country, then upload once complete.

Submit Your Advertisement

• Upload high-res PDF or JPEG advert (154mm x 216mm + 3mm bleed, 300dpi)

• Design assistance available upon request (extra fee)

Online Directory Profile

• Add full name, position, category, subcategory, and 50-word description

• Upload company logo and profile picture (PNG/JPG, max 5MB each)

• Confirm accuracy and consent to publish in the digital directory

Step 3: Get Published

Your content, once approved, will be published on the IP 360 Hub digital platform and printed in the 2026 edition of the Annual Directory, distributed at key global IP events and across our partner networks.
